Cancellation/ No Show Policy

We recognize that unexpected circumstances may arise, leading to appointment cancellations. However, it's important to consider that we aim to keep our appointment slots available and accessible to all patients. Consequently, we will implement a $25 fee for any cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice. This fee must be settled before scheduling any future appointments.

In the case of "No call, No show" appointments, a fee of $50 will be applied for wellness and sick visits and $100 for PRP and Cryo-Slimming services. These fees must be paid in advance before receiving any future services.
